KEF Infra – India’s First Pre-Cast Factory Launch

India’s first pre-cast factory, unveiled through a spectacle projected overhead.

For KEF Infra, Creative Factory designed and delivered a launch experience that transformed an industrial space into a fully immersive presentation environment. The event was staged inside a purpose-built tent within the factory premises, accommodating 500 guests for a highly controlled and visually driven unveiling.

The creative intent was to reflect the scale and precision of the facility through an equally engineered event experience. To achieve this, multiple immersive technologies were integrated into a single unified stage system, including an LED stage wall, ceiling projection, and Hologauze, all working in synchrony to support the storytelling.

At the core of the experience was a custom-built visual narrative, carried by content designed specifically for multi-surface projection. Twenty-two projectors were deployed to map and animate the space, turning the interior of the tent into a dynamic architectural canvas where information, visuals, and atmosphere blended seamlessly.

Rather than presenting the factory as a traditional industrial launch, the experience was structured as a journey—guiding guests through the innovation, scale, and capabilities of India’s first pre-cast facility. The overhead projection added a distinctive layer of immersion, ensuring that the audience was surrounded by storytelling from every angle.

From creative concept and spatial design to content production and large-scale projection mapping, Creative Factory orchestrated a tightly integrated experience that merged industrial engineering with experiential storytelling.

The result was a landmark launch that demonstrated how even the most technical environments can be transformed into immersive stages for communication, innovation, and impact.
