A virtual set that reshaped itself across a three-hour broadcast. For the A70 Growth Meet, Creative Factory designed and produced a dynamic virtual environment that continuously evolved throughout the event, ensuring that each segment carried its own distinct identity while remaining part of a cohesive visual narrative.

As virtual and hybrid events became an integral part of global communication, the challenge was to move beyond static digital backdrops and create a broadcast environment that could adapt to the changing pace and purpose of the programme. The objective was to keep audiences visually engaged while providing presenters and speakers with a stage that felt fresh and immersive throughout the experience.

The virtual set was conceived as a flexible storytelling platform, with each session introducing new visual elements, layouts, and environments that reflected the content being presented. Through thoughtful use of motion graphics, digital architecture, and broadcast technology, the stage transformed seamlessly from one chapter of the event to the next, creating a sense of progression across the three-hour programme.

Every transition was carefully planned to maintain continuity while giving individual segments their own visual personality. The result was a broadcast experience that felt dynamic and engaging, demonstrating how virtual environments can elevate audience attention and enrich live digital communication.

From creative concept and virtual environment design to content production and technical integration, Creative Factory worked closely with the production team to deliver a seamless and polished experience that balanced innovation with functionality.

We extend our sincere thanks to Red Carpet Events for the opportunity to collaborate once again, and to all our partners who contributed to bringing this evolving virtual world to life. At Creative Factory, we continue to explore new ways of using technology to create experiences that connect, engage, and inspire audiences across physical and digital platforms.
