BACARDI NEW IDENTITY LAUNCH @KINGDOM OF DREAMS

A forty-minute musical, tracing a brand from its very first distillery to the present day.

For the unveiling of Bacardi’s new identity at the Kingdom of Dreams, Creative Factory designed the visual storytelling layer of an ambitious live musical that explored the brand’s journey across time, culture, and legacy.

The production was structured as a narrative arc spanning multiple eras, beginning with the origins of Bacardi’s first distillery and progressing through key moments in its global evolution. Each chapter of the story was brought to life through bespoke visual environments, designed to complement the live performance and reinforce the emotional and historical depth of the brand.

Our role focused on creating the visual worlds that framed each segment of the musical—developing era-specific aesthetics, cinematic transitions, and atmospheric projections that supported choreography, stage design, and live performance. The visuals became an evolving backdrop that shifted with time, reflecting the transformation of the brand across generations.

Working in close collaboration with the production team, the content was designed to integrate seamlessly with lighting, set design, and performance timing, ensuring that each moment on stage felt immersive and coherent within the larger narrative structure.

From concept development and visual design to animation and on-stage integration, Creative Factory helped shape a continuous storytelling experience that connected heritage with modern identity.

The result was a large-scale brand theatre experience that transformed Bacardi’s history into a living visual journey—celebrating its past while introducing its renewed identity to a contemporary audience.
