Biltmore Hotel Opening
The tallest building in Georgia became a 75-metre canvas for a story of heritage, progress, and international connection.
For the opening of the Biltmore Hotel, Creative Factory created a five-minute projection mapping film that transformed the façade of the tower into a monumental storytelling surface. The experience traced the history of Georgia and its evolving ties with the UAE, turning the building itself into a visual narrative of cultural and diplomatic exchange.
The scale of the installation demanded precision across every stage of production. The full height of the tower—75 metres—was used as a continuous canvas, allowing the story to unfold vertically, guided by architectural contours and structural rhythm. Each segment of the film was carefully designed to align with the building’s form, ensuring clarity, impact, and seamless visual flow across the entire surface.
From scripting and narrative development to content design, animation, and projection mapping, Creative Factory managed the project end-to-end. The objective was to balance historical storytelling with contemporary visual language, creating a piece that resonated with both local and international audiences.
The final experience transformed the Biltmore into more than a landmark—it became a medium for storytelling at scale, where architecture, light, and narrative converged into a single immersive moment that celebrated connection between nations and cultures.
