HSBC Circle of Excellence is a global flagship event, and in 2023 it arrived in India for the first time, bringing top leadership from across HSBC’s international offices to Jaipur for a three-day experience shaped by culture, connection, and celebration.

Creative Factory was entrusted by Maximus Events to creatively visualise and produce the event in its entirety, including the conceptualisation of the visual story for the plenary sessions, exhibition spaces, and gala dinner. The objective was to create a cohesive journey that reflected the stature of the global programme while immersing guests in the richness of Indian culture.

Set against the vibrant backdrop of Jaipur, the experience was designed as a narrative journey that blended tradition with technology. Each touchpoint was carefully crafted to guide guests through a layered experience—moving seamlessly between business, celebration, and cultural immersion.

The plenary experience was driven by a strong visual language that unified content, storytelling, and stage design. The exhibition spaces extended this narrative into a more interactive environment, while the gala dinner brought the journey to its emotional peak through a carefully choreographed fusion of entertainment, design, and immersive production.

A balanced use of technology—projection, lighting, spatial design, and content integration—was employed throughout to ensure that the experience remained engaging while still deeply rooted in the cultural essence of India. The result was a journey that resonated both globally and locally, reflecting HSBC’s international identity within a distinctly Indian setting.

Over six months of planning, collaboration, and execution were dedicated to bringing this vision to life, culminating in a seamless and memorable three-day experience for all attendees.
