KEF Bengaluru Office Launch
A new office, introduced through technology and a ten-minute animated film. When KEF Holdings inaugurated its Bengaluru office in 2014, the intent was not only to open a workspace, but to communicate the company’s vision, values, and ambition in a way that was immediate, immersive, and memorable.
Creative Factory was entrusted with conceptualising and producing the launch film as well as the Managing Director’s presentation, shaping the narrative that would introduce KEF to its guests and the media in a unified storytelling experience.
The core of the presentation was a specially produced animated film, designed to articulate the company’s philosophy through motion, design, and narrative clarity. This was integrated into a large-scale projection environment spanning a 45 x 26 foot set, powered by a four-projector system that ensured seamless visual continuity across the entire stage.
Rather than presenting information in a traditional format, the space was transformed into a cinematic environment where the film and live presentation worked together as one continuous experience. The visual storytelling extended beyond the screen, enveloping the audience and reinforcing the identity of KEF as an innovation-led organisation.
From creative direction and content production to technical design, projection execution, and show delivery, every element was carefully orchestrated to ensure precision and clarity in a live corporate setting.
The result was a launch experience that introduced KEF’s new office not just as a physical space, but as an expression of its broader vision—delivered through technology, storytelling, and immersive design.
